INTROSLOVE ("we", "us") lets you create personal love pages at introslove.cyou. Contact us at [email protected].
Account data: username, email, password (stored only as a secure hash) and your phone number if you choose to add it. Page data: the name, link and options you enter, plus view counts. Technical data: IP address and basic device info, used for security and to limit abuse.
To run your account and publish your pages, to prevent spam and fraud, to process payments and refunds, and to reply to your messages. We do not sell your personal data.
Anyone with your page link can view it. Pages are not listed publicly or in search by default. Do not put secrets on a page.
We use service providers such as hosting and payment processors only to run the service. We may disclose data if the law requires it.
We keep your data while your account is active. When you delete a page or your account, we remove it from our systems within 30 days, except records we must keep for legal or payment reasons.
You can view, correct or delete your data, or ask for a copy. Email us and we will respond within 30 days.
We protect data with encryption in transit and hashed passwords. No system is perfectly secure, so use a strong, unique password.
INTROSLOVE is not for people under 13. If you think a child gave us data, contact us and we will delete it.
We will post updates on this page and change the date above.
The free plan costs nothing, so there is nothing to refund.
If you are not happy, ask for a full refund within 7 days of your first payment. After 7 days we do not refund the current billing period, but you can cancel any time and keep access until it ends.
Renewal payments are not refundable once the new period has started. Cancel before the renewal date to avoid being charged.
Domain setup is refundable within 7 days only if setup has not started. Once we register or connect a domain, the setup fee and domain cost are non-refundable.
If we charged you by mistake, charged twice, or a paid feature did not work and we could not fix it, you get a full refund.
Send your username, email and payment details through the Contact page or email [email protected]. We reply within 3 business days and refunds go back to your original payment method in 5 to 10 business days.
No refund is given if a page is removed for breaking our rules, such as abusive, hateful or illegal content.
Cookies are small files stored on your device. We use as few as possible.
Session: keeps you signed in. il_consent: remembers your cookie choice for 12 months. The site cannot work without these.
Preferences: remember choices like your colour. Analytics: anonymous counts of visits so we can improve the site. We do not use advertising cookies.
